Rasa is a DJ and engineer based out of India. With her roots stemming from rocknroll & hiphop, music has been the driving force of her life. She draws inspiration from the UK rave and soundsystem culture and her DJ sets cover a wide spectrum of electronic music centred around bass, percussion, electro & amen breaks.
Through DJing, she aspires to provide a safe space for movement and catharsis for her audience, and hopes to enhance their lives through the music.
Mixmag Asia labelled her the bass queen, only 2 years into her music career journey. Besides touring across Asia and Europe, last year saw her play 2 Boiler Room sets, and some of the biggest festivals in her home country India such as Magnetic Fields, NH7 Weekender, Sunsplash, VH1 Supersonic, and Grasslands in Nepal.
Notably, she left her sonic footprint by releasing DJ mixes on legendary radios and channels like Rinse France, Radio Nova, Clubbing TV, RinseFM, Subtle Radio, to name a few.
